picbox 개인정보 처리방침

리미키미 (이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다. 본 방침은 picbox 앱(웹/PWA/iOS) 이용 시 수집되는 정보와 그 처리 목적, 보관 기간, 이용자의 권리에 대해 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

2. 개인정보의 처리 목적

• 회원 식별 및 로그인 유지
• AI 이미지 생성 서비스 제공 (사용자가 올린 사진을 기반으로 새 이미지를 생성)
• 하루 무료 사용 한도 관리
• 친구 초대 보상 크레딧 적립 처리
• 무료 이용자 대상 광고 게재 및 광고 성과 측정
• 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 운영 통계

3. 보관 기간 및 파기

• 업로드한 원본 사진: 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 이미지 생성 요청 시 일시적으로 전송되어 처리 후 즉시 폐기됩니다.
• 생성된 결과 이미지: 이용자의 갤러리에 1시간 동안 보관된 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 회원 정보(이메일, 닉네임 등): 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관 후 즉시 파기.
• 사용 기록(생성 시각, 친구 초대): 회원 탈퇴 후 30일 내 파기.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 판매 또는 임대하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 처리 위탁이 이루어집니다.

위 업체들은 위탁 목적 외 다른 용도로 개인정보를 사용할 수 없으며, 각 사의 보안 정책에 따라 보호됩니다.

광고는 Google의 광고 기술을 통해 게재되며, 맞춤형 광고를 위해 광고 식별자·쿠키가 사용될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 기기 설정(iOS: 추적 허용 끄기, Android: 광고 ID 재설정/삭제) 또는 Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤형 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자가 직접 관리하는 정보

프로필에 표시되는 셀카 사진은 이용자의 기기 브라우저(localStorage)에만 저장되며, 서버에는 업로드되지 않습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 다른 사진으로 교체 시 즉시 사라집니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

• 본인의 개인정보 조회 / 수정 / 삭제 요청 가능
• 회원 탈퇴 요청 가능
• 처리 정지 요청 가능

위 권리는 아래 연락처로 요청해 주시면 7일 이내에 처리합니다.

7. 보안 조치

• HTTPS 전구간 암호화
• API 키 등 비밀 정보는 서버 측 환경 변수에만 보관, 브라우저에 노출되지 않음
• 이용자의 사진은 서버 영구 저장소에 보관되지 않음
• 생성 결과 이미지는 1시간 후 자동 삭제

8. 만 14세 미만 아동에 대한 안내

picbox는 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 제한합니다. 회원 가입 시 본인 사진 사용 및 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의를 받습니다.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how picbox (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the picbox web app, PWA, or iOS app.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: email, display name, and profile identifier from Kakao / Naver / Google when you sign in.
• Photos you upload: only sent to our image-generation service in memory, never stored on our servers.
• Generation history: time of generation, concept used, daily count (for free-tier limits).
• Referral relationships: who invited whom, for credit rewards.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/ADID), device/app info, and approximate (IP-based) location, used by Google AdMob / AdSense when ads are shown.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Identify your account and keep you signed in.
• Provide the AI image generation service.
• Enforce daily usage limits.
• Track and reward friend referrals.
• Prevent abuse and aggregate operational statistics.

3. Data Retention

• Original uploaded photos: not persisted; discarded after generation.
• Generated images: kept in your gallery for 1 hour, then auto-deleted.
• Account info: retained until you delete your account.
• Usage logs and referral records: deleted within 30 days after account deletion.

4. Third-Party Processors

We do not sell or rent your information. We use the following processors solely to provide the Service:

Ads are served via Google. Advertising identifiers and cookies may be used for personalized ads. You can opt out via your device settings (iOS: turn off tracking; Android: reset/delete advertising ID) or at Google Ads Settings.

5. Locally Stored Data

The selfie you set as your profile photo is stored only in your device's browser localStorage and is never uploaded to our servers. It is removed when you replace it or clear the app's data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion of your data, or account termination at any time by contacting us. We respond within 7 days.

7. Security

• HTTPS in transit.
• API keys and secrets kept only in server-side environment variables.
• No long-term storage of user-uploaded photos.
• Generated images expire automatically after 1 hour.

8. Children

picbox is not intended for children under 14. At sign-up we obtain consent for the use of your photo and the processing of your personal data.
